OVERVIEW

Join the Copyright Society of Australia for a timely webinar delving into the High Court’s landmark decision in Real Estate Tool Box Pty Ltd v Campaigntrack Pty Ltd [2023] HCA 38 — and how IP governance and strategy should view copyright authorisation in today’s landscape.

This in-depth session will dissect the Campaigntrack decision, unpacking its implications for authorisation liability within the Australian context. We hope to discuss practical guidance on managing risk and safeguarding from potential pitfalls in the digital era — for both creators and businesses — and how to incorporate effective copyright strategies into your existing intellectual property framework.
